Dagens syfte \u00e4r att lyfta fram kompetensen och motivationen till arbete hos personer med s\u00e4rskilda behov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 Job Shadow Day-dagen str\u00e4var man efter att arrangera framg\u00e5ngsrika m\u00f6ten mellan arbetsgivare och arbetsf\u00f6ljare. Under dagen f\u00e5r arbetsf\u00f6ljaren m\u00f6jlighet att bekanta sig med sitt dr\u00f6mjobb p\u00e5 en riktig arbetsplats och se om jobbet skulle passa hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I Finland \u00e4r syftet med dagen att p\u00e5verka attityder och genom det skapa lokalt och regionalt samarbete f\u00f6r att st\u00f6dja och m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra syssels\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r personer i specialgrupper.
