Att samarbeta \u00f6ver f\u00f6reningsgr\u00e4nserna kan ge mera resurser, olika perspektiv, olika kunskaper, st\u00f6rre synlighet och genomslagskraft. Exempel p\u00e5 omr\u00e5den d\u00e4r det kan l\u00f6na sig f\u00f6r en f\u00f6rening att samarbeta med andra: gemensamma evenemang och t\u00e4vlingar, administration, utbildningar, trivselaktiviteter, p\u00e5verkan. F\u00f6reningar samarbetar oftast med likasinnade f\u00f6reningar. Det kan vara till f\u00f6rdel att ibland vidga vyerna och g\u00e5 in f\u00f6r ett samarbete med n\u00e5gon f\u00f6rening som representerar en annan f\u00f6reningssektor. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 vanligt att f\u00f6reningar samarbetar med andra lokala samh\u00e4llsakt\u00f6rer s\u00e5 som t.ex. kommunen eller ett lokalt f\u00f6retag, f\u00f6rsamlingen eller skolan. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">F\u00f6reningar som g\u00e5tt in f\u00f6r att aktivt samarbeta med andra har b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar att lyckas i sin verksamhet. Under senare \u00e5r har f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandet mellan f\u00f6reningar och kommuner varit f\u00f6rem\u00e5l f\u00f6r stort intresse. Att ta med f\u00f6reningar i lokalsamh\u00e4llets planering och beslutsfattande fr\u00e4mjar medborgarnas delaktighet och st\u00e4rker demokratin. Samtidigt skapar samarbetet en starkare lokal anda som st\u00e4rker f\u00f6reningarnas och kommunens livskraft.<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>De flesta f\u00f6reningar har byggt upp en relation till kommunen d\u00e4r f\u00f6reningen verkar i. P\u00e5 motsvarande s\u00e4tt arbetar kommunerna idag med fr\u00e5gor som ber\u00f6r civilsamh\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningarna och villkoren f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningar. Det h\u00e4r kan ske p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt: genom samarbete, dialog, r\u00e5d och st\u00f6d, bidragsgivning, kunskapsst\u00f6d mm. Den nyligen genomf\u00f6rda v\u00e5rdreformen medf\u00f6r att kommunens uppgift att fr\u00e4mja h\u00e4lsa och v\u00e4lf\u00e4rd kommer att f\u00e5 en st\u00f6rre roll. Kommunernas intresse att utveckla och f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra samarbetet med f\u00f6reningarna har d\u00e4rf\u00f6r tagit ny fart. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>I en nyligen genomf\u00f6rd unders\u00f6kning (Pohjois-Karjalan j\u00e4rjest\u00f6kysely 2021) framg\u00e5r att samarbetet med f\u00f6reningar oftast best\u00e5r av kommunala anslag\/bidrag till f\u00f6reningar, evenemangssamarbete, hyressubventioner eller hyresfrihet f\u00f6r f\u00f6reningar. De h\u00e4r formerna av samarbete verkar ocks\u00e5 vara vanligt f\u00f6rekommande i \u00d6sterbotten med st\u00f6d av de iakttagelser som projektet Innovativa f\u00f6reningar \u00d6sterbotten gjort i samband med kommunbes\u00f6ken i \u00d6sterbotten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>F\u00f6reningarna och deras medlemmar har kunskap, erfarenhet och kompetens som kommer v\u00e4l till anv\u00e4ndning n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att ta sig an fr\u00e5gor som ber\u00f6r lokal utveckling.
